On behalf of myself and the Judges and staff of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, I wish to express to Stanley and Norman and the grandchildren our most sincere condolences. The Honourable Roy Hall was a respected lawyer and jurist in the Province of Saskatchewan. His decisions were well thought-out and to the point. He embodied humility, courtesy and graciousness. He was a true gentleman and he will be missed.
