Condolence: I joined the department in 79. Lester was always there, you could count on him for his skill, knowledge and willingness to assist. I always looked forward to Lester, a decent, thoughtful person. Lester will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him but he will remain in memory as my friend and partner who showed me how to be a professional in law enforcement.
